Version 0.1 · Last updated: 20 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DOTSNEWCO Inc. ("yolo", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal data when you use the yolo website at justyolo.it and related websites, apps and services (the "Interface"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. DOTSNEWCO Inc. is the controller of your personal data.
The short version: we collect what is needed to run software to automate your account and Tickets, understand how yolo is used, market it, keep it safe and follow the law. We do not sell your personal data for money, we do not use it to train third-party AI models, and we send marketing emails only if you opt in. Some things are public by design: your username, avatar and public Tickets in the Interface, and every blockchain transaction.
1. What we collect
1.1 Information you give us or create
- Account details: your email address (if you sign in with email or Google), the username and avatar you choose, and your settings, such as whether your Tickets are public and whether amounts are shown.
- Wallet and Polymarket Account details: the public address of your Wallet and of your Polymarket Account, and when you linked them.
- Ticket and trading activity: the Tickets you buy, copy, change or cash out, their Legs, amounts, roll settings, every order and fill (price, size, fees, transaction references), outcomes, and your trading limits.
- Trading Key: the public address of your Trading Key and an encrypted copy of its private half, its limits, spending to date and expiry.
- Social activity: who you follow, copies of your Tickets, referral and share links you use, and any Rewards earned or paid.
- Invitations, waitlist and Promotions: invitation codes, waitlist sign-ups (email, country, where you came from), Vouchers, their codes, and when you used them; Ticket Money and held earnings; and feedback forms you complete, including anything you write in free-text answers. Please don't include sensitive personal information in free text.
- Your choices: the version of the Terms and of any consent you accepted and when, and your marketing and notification preferences.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, in-app forms, or community channels such as Telegram.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Location from your connection: your country and region, worked out from your IP address on each request by our hosting provider, and recorded when you start a Ticket. We use it to apply location restrictions.
- IP address: used to limit abuse (rate limits) and deleted from our rate-limit records within 24 hours. It may also appear in our hosting, database and error logs, which we keep for up to 90 days (section 6).
- Technical data: device and browser type, pages and actions, timestamps, and error reports. Error reports are collected with personal-data capture switched off.
- Cookies, local storage, analytics and pixels: small items stored in your browser to keep you signed in and remember preferences, plus analytics tools and advertising pixels (for example from analytics providers and from platforms such as Google, Meta, X or TikTok) that record how you arrive at and use yolo (pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser identifiers, and which ad or link brought you). See section 4A.
1.3 Information from others
- Privy (our sign-in and wallet provider) tells us your sign-in identifier, the method used and, for email or Google sign-in, your email address.
- Polymarket and public blockchains: your Polymarket Account, Positions, orders, fills, balances and transactions, which we read to run your Tickets and show your history.
- Payment providers may tell us whether a card or bank transaction you started completed. They do not share your card details with us.
We do not ask for government ID or run identity checks ourselves. Payment providers and Polymarket may do so under their own policies.

3. What is public
- In the Interface: your username, avatar, profile, followers, public Tickets, copy counts and leaderboard positions. You can make new Tickets private and hide amounts in settings. Your email is never shown. Your feedback answers are never public.
- On blockchains: Wallet and Polymarket Account addresses, balances and transactions are public and permanent by design. Anyone can link them to your activity, and we cannot delete or hide them.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed to run yolo, with these service providers and partners, who act under their own terms or on our instructions:
- Privy: sign-in and embedded wallets.
- Polymarket: your orders, Polymarket Account, Trading Key authorisation and builder-fee attribution.
- Payment providers offered through Privy (for example Stripe, Meld, MoonPay or Coinbase) for card purchases, and MoonPay for bank withdrawals, when you choose to use them.
- Vercel: hosting and location detection.
- Supabase: our database, hosted in the European Union (Stockholm, Sweden).
- Sentry: error tracking, hosted in the United States, with personal-data capture switched off.
- Blockchain infrastructure: RPC providers that relay blockchain requests (they see wallet addresses and requests), bridges and WalletConnect.
- Google: sign-in, if you choose Google.
- Communications tools we use to send email and run community channels such as Telegram, once you opt in.
- Our team's internal tools (for example alerting and password management), only for operating yolo.
- Analytics and advertising partners: analytics providers and advertising platforms (for example Google, Meta, X or TikTok) receive cookie and device identifiers and event data through their tools in the Interface, to measure and improve our marketing. They may combine it with other data under their own privacy policies.
We may also share data with authorities, courts or others when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security, and with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganised, under this Policy. yolo does not share your personal data with VoxPop or other DOTSNEWCO products.
We do not sell your personal data for money, and we do not provide it to anyone to train their AI models. We may use and share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you for any purpose.
4A. Cookies, analytics and pixels
We and our partners use cookies, local storage, software development kits and pixels to keep you signed in, remember settings, understand usage and measure advertising. Where the law requires your consent for non-essential technologies, we will ask for it first, and you can change your choice at any time in cookie settings. You can also block cookies in your browser and use the opt-out tools that advertising platforms offer, though some features may then not work.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers operate in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere. When we transfer personal data out of the EU, UK or Switzerland, we use safeguards recognised by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or rely on providers' own certified transfer mechanisms.
6. How long we keep it
- Account, Ticket, Trading Key and Rewards records: while your account is open, then up to five years after it closes, for legal, tax, dispute and audit purposes.
- Voucher and Promotion records (codes, Vouchers, Ticket Money, held earnings and the ledger of each): while your account is open, then up to five years after it closes, for accounting, audit and fraud prevention.
- Feedback answers: two years, then deleted or de-identified.
- Messages you send us, and our replies: one year, then deleted.
- Trading Key private half: deleted when you turn off autotrading or the key expires.
- IP addresses used for rate limits: within 24 hours.
- Waitlist sign-ups: until yolo is available to you and for 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Marketing preferences: until you change them, plus a record of your choice for as long as we need to prove it.
- Error and technical logs: up to 90 days.
These are our normal periods. We may keep data longer where we have a legitimate reason to, such as an open dispute, fraud prevention, security, or a legal, tax or regulatory requirement. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by anyone.
7. Security
We protect personal data with measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, encryption of Trading Keys at rest, access controls and least-privilege access for our team. We never receive or store your Wallet's private keys. No system is perfectly secure; keep your sign-in methods and devices safe, and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
8. Your choices and rights
- Marketing and notifications: opt in or out at any time in settings or with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Visibility: make new Tickets private and hide amounts in settings.
- Autotrading: turn it off at any time; this revokes your Trading Key and deletes its private half.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, send us a message through our contact form, or email notices@justyolo.it if you can't sign in. We will verify the request (for example from your account email) and respond within the time the law requires, usually 30 days. We may keep data we must retain by law, and cannot delete blockchain records. Deleting your account ends your unused Vouchers. We keep Voucher and Promotion records for the period in section 6, as we must for accounting and fraud prevention. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
yolo is only for people aged 21 or over (or older where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger. If we learn we have, we will close the account and delete the data, except where the law requires us to keep it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as yolo changes. If a change is material we will tell you in the Interface or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
